What should I choose, fine or coarse Himalayan salt?

The entirely depends on how you intend to use it. As far as the mineral content and the nutritional value of the salt goes, there are no changes. We merely put the rocks through a few extra rounds of grinding to get a finer texture. Fine salt is easier to use and measure. Typically, fine pink salt will work best in the cooking and the seasoning stages while coarse salt is perfect for curing and for use with salads and fruits.
